On November 20-21, 2024, the 6th International Food Safety and Nutrition Health Summit (IFSN) was successfully held at the foot of Xiangshan Mountain in Beijing. The Summit was hosted by the Organizing Committee of the International Food Safety and Nutrition Summit (IFSN), the Organizing Committee of the China Functional Food Industry Conference, and co organized by Henan Pratt&Whitney Tiancheng Biotechnology Co., Ltd. The Summit attracted nearly 50 social entities, including Dong’e ass hide glue, Nanjiecun Group, Jinmailang and other well-known enterprises, as well as Henan University of Technology, Zhejiang University of Technology, Beijing Forestry University, Ludong University, Ocean University of China and other well-known universities.
The summit, with the theme of “Exploring Sustainable Nutrition and Health, Same Origin of Medicine and Food, and New Paths of Food Safety Technology”, jointly explored the latest trends and future development directions in the field of food safety and nutrition and health, promoted the sustainable development of food safety and nutrition and health, and facilitated exchanges and cooperation within the industry. The summit was unprecedented in scale and achieved great success.
